She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugenio Hernandez and Consuelo "Connie" Morales Hernandez. She is survived by: her siblings, Peter Hernandez (Diana) of Montrose, Daniel Hernandez (Belia) of Ft. Madison, David Hernandez of Ft. Madison, Carmen Hernandez of Denver, CO, Ramona Bailey (Lee) of New Richmond, WI and Jeannie Morris of Ft. Madison; and her pet Honey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
