Madison; his children, Laura Chambers (Troy) of Burlington, Don Wolf of Ft Madison and Lee Wolf (Cindy) of Mediapolis; his granddaughters, Kylie Wolf of Overland Park, KS, Rachel Wolf and Emily Wolf of Denver, CO; his niece Anne Wolf; and his nephew Nate Wolf of Johnston.
A memorial has been established for the First Baptist Church, Mission Fund.
