Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint James Steven leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Russell and Elma Marmion Russell; and his siblings, Bud Russell, Charles Russell, Bill Russell, Joyce Jones and Mary Alice Russell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Grace Russell, Rose Vradenburg of Keokuk and Everett Russell (Mike Biddenstadt) of Keokuk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vigen Memorial (1328 Concert St, Keokuk, IA 52632).
