He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Moss and Rose Mary "Rosie" Moss (Frenzer); his grandchild Zackery Moss; and his sister-in-law Patricia Lamb. He is survived by: his wife K. Renee Ryder; his children, Jeremy Moss (Deana) of Burlington, Amber Johnson (T. Andrew) of West Point, Wesley Moss (Hannah) of Dallas City and Hannah Nichting (Jeirod) of Fort Madison; his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Chavis, Myranda, Hadley, Finley, Briley, Kayden, Isaac, Lorelei, Kiptyn, Connor and Coraline; and his siblings, Frank Moss (Mary) of Kingston, Deb Trousil (Hans) of West Burlington, David Lamb of Florida and Melody Moulton (Jim) of Canada. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his memory for the Heritage Baptist Church bus ministry.
