Madison, Cory Guzman of Rye, CO and Edward Guzman of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Kory Kensett (Matt), David Guzman III (Marissa), Nicholas Guzman (Rachel), Haley McCurdy (Levi), Nolan Guzman, Isiah Guzman, Elias Guzman and Christopher Guzman; his great grandchildren, Skarlett, Parker, Korra Kensett, Naomi Guzman and David Guzman IV; his brothers, Thomas Guzman of Celina, TX and Mark Guzman (Patty Finch) of Carthage, IL; his daughters, Jeanette Guzman and Teresa Young (JB); and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Bowen and Diana Peck (Larry).
