It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Louise Schroeder Foss of Fort Madison, Iowa, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Robert Sr. Schroeder and Gertrude Schroeder (Boddeker); her husband Walter Robert "Bob" Foss; and her siblings, J. Robert Schroeder Jr., Janice Robinson and Phyllis Lutwack.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Cordova (Steve) of California, Kathryn Brown (Michael) of Connecticut, Peggy Foss (Heather Fairchild) of New Hampshire, Sarah Foss (David Bonazza) of Portugal, Jeffrey Foss (Sheila) of Connecticut and Christopher Foss (Ellen) of Ohio; and her sister Patricia Kious of Fort Madison, Iowa. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren and many dear nieces, nephews and cousins.
