With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Beverly A. Gobble of Fort Madison, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Beverly left this world on September 4, 2024 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Beverly farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Beverly is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Owens and Dorothy Glynn Owens; and her sister Sharon Mohler. She is survived by: her sons, Greg Gobble (Janice) of West Point, Jeff Gobble (Elizabeth) of Buena Vista, CO, Kevin Gobble (Jayne) of Wever, Eric Gobble (Cheryl) of Murfreesboro, TN and Tim Gobble (Kriisti) of Ft. Madison; and her sister Barbara Smith of Ankeny. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
She also served on the Board of Directors of Old Settlers Park, volunteered for the Hospital Auxiliary & RSVP and was a member of Beta Sigma Phi since 1957.
