He is survived by: his son Adam Clark-Tan of Daly City, CA; his son-in-law Jorge Clark-Tan of Daly City, CA; his grandson Axel Clark-Tan of Daly City, CA; his brother Don Clark of Fort Dodge, IA; his sister-in-law Sharon Clark of Fort Dodge, IA; his sister Ann Clark Grahs of Hays, KS; and his siblings-in-law, Carl Grahs of Hays, KS and Janet Clark.
