He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Lewis of Fort Dodge; his children, Keytrick Mosley (Monica), Jamal Lewis and Tanesha Lewis; his stepchildren, LaTricia Roby, Levi Gibbs (Tasha) and Mercedes Gibbs; and his siblings, Gwenda Naylor, Harold Lewis (Claudia) of Fort Dodge and Brenda Lewis of Des Moines. He is also survived by several grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
