With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wesley Gene Brayton (Fort Dodge, Iowa), born in Hardy, Iowa, who passed away on May 7, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Brayton; his parents, John Brayton and Susan Grace Brayton (Amsden); and his grandson Steven Brayton. He is survived by: his children, Sara Brayton (Laura Henry) of Omaha and Scott Brayton of Badger; and his grandchildren, Shawna Schmidt (Brad), Justin Brayton (Paige), Amy Peterson (Mike) and Dru Brayton. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
