He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernadine O'Tool (Wempe) and Lester O'Tool. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Heun; and his children, Tamela Boeckman of Fort Dodge and Timothy O'Tool (Travis Clarkson) of Greenville, SC.. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
