She is survived by: her daughter Cassandra Collins; her grandchildren, Desmond Collins (Shania) of Fort Dodge, DaQuan Altman of Fort Dodge and DaTerra Altman (Cole) of Eagle Grove; her son Craig Collins; her grandchildren, Justin Foy of Fort Dodge, TyCrai of Fort Dodge, Tyreike Miracle of Fort Dodge and Tyshir Collins of Des Moines; and her sisters, Linda Collins of Fort Dodge, Nancy Mix, Joyce Mehmen of Springfield, MO, Susan Collins of Mitchellville and Kathy Davis.
