She was predeceased by: her parents, Monty Fontaine and Dorothy Tilger; her stepfathers, Lawrence Kretlow and John Tilger; her son Shayne Marquis (Jack Marquis); and her sisters, Gloria Johnson and Marie Elaine Fontaine.
She is survived by: her grandchild Justyn Harris (Amanda) of Webster City; her great grandchildren, Jazmyne and Shayne; her siblings, Fred Fontaine of Omaha, Lynette Marksbury (Bob) of Spirit Lake, Linda Junck (Ron) of Sioux City, Gary Kretlow (Mony) of Ankeny, Dennis Kretlow of Rockwell City, Pamela Castaneda (Ruperto) of Schaller, Roxanne Carr of Webster City, Rick Kretlow of Sioux City and Mike Kellen (Kathy) of Omaha; and her husband Jack Marquis.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (1306 Market St, Gowrie, IA 50543). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
