He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Dorothy and Kay Mabe Garder (Brown); and his sister Kineta Dorothy. He is survived by: his wife Stacy; his children, Brad Dorothy of Fort Dodge and Amber Dorothy of Fort Dodge; his stepchildren, Samantha Bobinet, Brock Bobinet and Jacob Schultz; his grandchildren, Zayden and Weston Hanson; and his brother Kirk Dorothy.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Laufersweiler Funeral Home (307 S 12th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
