He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Allen Baker Jr.; his niece Sydney Baker; and his grandparents, Ted, Betty Erickson, Thomas Allen Baker, Sr. and Ruth Baker.

He is survived by: his mother Sharon Johnson; his stepfather Kent Johnson; his brother Steven Baker of Pocahontas; his daughters, Elizabeth Baker and Eva Baker; the mother of his children Amy Presler of Fort Dodge; his stepfather Tom Richardson of Fort Dodge; his stepgrandmother Dorothy Erickson of Humboldt; his nieces, Bailey Baker of Fort Dodge and Gia Howell of Savannah; his nephew Bradley Baker of Fort Dodge; his former wife Amy Calvert; his stepchildren, Taylor and Josie Shirbourn; and also, Todd and Tonia. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
