He is survived by: his wife Linda Evans of Fort Dodge; his children, Tammy Evans of Fort Dodge, Nichole Hill (Dan) of Thor and Terry Evans II (Tara) of Fort Dodge; and his grandchildren, Mitchell Hill, Sydney Hill, Levi Evans, Logan Evans, Sawyer Evans and Callen Evans. He is also survived by 5 sisters and 1 brother.
