She is survived by: her husband Bobby Klein; her stepchild Riley Klein of Fort Dodge; her children, Tiera Thomas (Jordan) of Fort Dodge, Chyla Altman-Panzi of Fort Dodge and Kylie Cox of Fort Dodge; her granddaughter Amara Thomas; her mother Terri Kurtz of Fort Dodge; her grandmother Patty Patterson of Fort Dodge; and her siblings, Chris Kurtz of Fort Dodge, Alisa Kurtz of Fort Dodge, Jerry Mosley of Sioux City and Jeremy "Mo" Altman of Fort Dodge. She is also survived by her husband and family, friends.
