He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Hollingshead of Eldora, Shawn Hollingshead of Fort Dodge and Shane Hollingshead (Lauren) of Otho Iowa; his grandchildren, Zachary Bass, Rosa Calles, Carlos Jimenez, Alandra Palacios, Ariana Palacios and Lillyana Palacios; and his siblings, Don and Kim. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
