She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Holmes and Mabel Holmes; her daughter Pamela Jean Hepp; and her siblings, Helen, Mary, Martha, Irene, Leona, Dale, Gordon, Robert and John.
She is survived by: her children, Shelly Porter (Jim), Julie Pickler (Bill), Janine Willmore (Danny) and Jeff Hepp (Kathy); and her siblings, Sharon Cervene, Donna Schuster (Don) and Don Holmes (Karol). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family request that donations be left to their discretion or to Trinity Hospice of Fort Dodge for their kind help.
