He is survived by: his mother Jeannine Thompson (Miller) of St. Louis, MO; his children, Anthony Thompson of Fort Dodge and Julie Thompson of Omaha, NE; his siblings, Kellie Grant (Chris) of Yelm, WA, Samantha Campbell (Jason) of Waterloo, IA and Bill Thompson of Spencer, IA; and his sister-in-law Nicole Behrens of Fort Dodge.
