He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Rank and Melvin Young; his stepfather Eugene Eilling; his brothers, Jerry Young and Jimmy; and his nephew Jacob Young.
He is survived by: his siblings, Melvin Young, Tracy Young, Gary Young, Sandra Cole of Fort Dodge and Connie Thielen of Fort Dodge; and his uncle Fred Rank.
