She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Palmer and Ida Palmer (Raphael Halligan); her son Michael Halligan; and her siblings, Leola Stewart, Forrest Palmer, Clyde Palmer, Lloyd Palmer and Donald Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, LInda Bohn, Janet Mitchell (Brent), Denny (Peg), Jack, Don (Deb), Pat (Carmie), Dave (Jodi), Paul (Julie) and Matt (Jessica); her daughter-in-law Angie Halligan; and her spouse Raphael "Ray" Halligan. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be left to the Saint Edmond Catholic Schools.
