He is survived by: his children, Lea Ann Strain of Fort Dodge and Scott Strain (Betsy) of Nevada, IA; his grandsons, Jason Strain and Ricky Ellisworth; his stepgrandchildren, Justin, Ethan and Ella; his sisters, Florence Strain of Fort Dodge, Paulette Monahan (Paul) of Fort Dodge and Frances Gochenour (Ray); and his wife Carol Milliken.
