He was predeceased by: his son Michael Ostrander; his son-in-law Rick Weber; his grandson Charlie Corlett; his sisters, Shirley Rosburg and Phyllis Clemens; his brother-in-law Gene Clemens; and his spouse Beverly Lindberg.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Weber of Ankeny, Chuck Ostrander (Connie) of Granbury, TX, Mark Ostrander (Dana) of Ankeny, Jim Ostrander (Dawn) of Lincoln, NE and Lori Corlett of Isle; his grandchildren, Matt Olson (Tricia), Molly Olson (Erica), Tony Ostrander (Robyn), A. J. Ostrander, Dane Ostrander, Luke Ostrander (Jason), Ben Ostrander (Daisey), Thomas Ostrander (Amanda), Greyson Ostrander (Molly), Breck Hinn (Trevor), Dodge Ostrander, Reagan Ostrander, Henry Corlett, Maddie Corlett and Olivia Ostrander; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Olson, Nathan Olson, Layne Ostrander, Landon Ostrander, Willow Ostrander, Aspen Ostrander, Hudson Ostrander, Otto Ostrander, Mila Ostrander, Emma Ostrander, Axel Ostrander, Vaughn Ostrander, James Hinn, Raelynn Olson and Everett Olson. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (615 N 15th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gunderson Funeral Chapel (615 N 15th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501).
