He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Markley and Eldora Markley (Rebecca); his siblings, Verda Mae Killion and Jack Markley; and his grandson Ricky Joe Waller Jr. Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Waller of Kamrar, Shari Young, Wanda Markley and Chad Markley of Fort Dodge; and his wife Rebecca Kubli. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
