He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Florea and Edna Florea (Cloud); his sister Doris Harris; his grandchildren, Megan Florea, Tim Case and LaKeisha Johnson; and his great grandchild Jaden Christensen.
He is survived by: his wife Jolene Florea of Wesley; his children, Craig Florea (Cathy) of Wesley, Judy Reres (Joe) of Fort Dodge, Brian Florea of Wesley, Kelly Florea of Wesley, David George (Debbie) of Gowrie, Kimberly Tate (Lonney) of Renwick, Melissa "Mit" Johnson of Wesley and Tammie Buscher (John) of Algona; and his grandchildren, Cory Bartrom (Jayne), Kristen Florea, Colton Florea (Belle), Diane Walstrom (Ryan), Matt Case (Melissa), Brent Stegman, Samantha Stegman (Derek), LeRon Tate, Lakon Alford (Caleb), Dillon and Logan Buscher. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
