We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2023, at the age of 96, Richard Wiedenfeld of Fort Dodge, Iowa, born in Hartington, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his children, Marcia and Gary (Kristin). He is survived by: his children, Mark Wiedenfeld (Ann) of Urbandale and Gayle Gilbaugh (Ken) of Coralville. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left in Dick's name to Saint Edmond High School and the Fort Dodge Public Library.
