He is survived by: his children, Chris Hobson (Kenny) of Texarkana, AZ, Jeff Mallinger (Missi) of Fort Dodge, Mike Mallinger (Paula) of Fort Dodge and Kirk Mallinger (Kim) of Fort Dodge; his grandchildren, Deanna, Trevor, Stacie and Zach; his great grandchildren, Danielle, Riley and Clayton; and his brothers, Jack Mallinger (Joann) and Charles Mallinger of Knierim, IA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
