She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Heald and Helen Heald; her brother Robert Heald; her sister-in-law Karen Heald; her nephew David Heald; and her husband Herbert Perry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria and Crystal Perry of Decatur; her granddaughters, Victoria and Sienna Beelner; and her brothers, Norman Heald of Windsor and Raymond Heald (Linda) of Old Monroe, Missouri. She is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
