Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Phyllis Ver Steeg of Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 63, on January 28, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Baedke and Darlene Baedke; her daughter Molly; and her siblings, Roger, James and Julie.

She is survived by: her husband Dr. Kyle Versteeg; her child McKay Siefert (Erin Green); her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Paige, Evie, McKay and Jensen; her siblings, Steven Baedke (Sue), Greg Baedke (Bev), Mary Collmann and Barb O'Brion (Joe); her sister-in-law Lynda Baedke; and her in-laws, Eddie Lee, Dirk Ver Steeg and Julie Larson.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for her granddaughters, the Barlow girls at Northwest Bank, Fort Dodge.
