She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Haack and Carol Haack (Beyer); her grandparents, Otto, Margaret Haack, Melvin and Eva Beyer; and her brother Kevin Haack.
She is survived by: her siblings, Curtis Haack (Yvonne) of Fort Dodge, Mark Haack (Tammy) of Badger and Mary Glass (Chad Goddard) of Fort Dodge. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews.
