He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Stanek and Ruth Stanek (Thurow); and his brothers, Lowell Stanek and Douglas Stanek. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mannel; his son Jeff (Elizabeth Stanek); and his sibling Shirley Alexander. He is also survived by friends and family.
