She is survived by: her daughter Jaci Frank of Fort Dodge; her grandchildren, Danielle Frank of Leander, TX, Benjamin Lemon of Badger and Nicholas Lemon (Jessica Moore) of Badger; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon Johnn-Guy Lemon and Myrah Nicole Lemon.
