With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Spencer (Fort Dodge, Iowa), born in Lake City, Iowa, who passed away on March 27, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Spencer and Esther Spencer (Paulsen); his daughter Cynthia Spencer; his sister Sandra Graybill; his niece Katheryn Rose; his parents-in-law, Mary Rose (Ray Henningsen), MaryAnne Jones and Jerry Ruby; and his brother-in-law Tim Ruby.

He is survived by: his wife Teresa Spencer of Fort Dodge; his son Michael Spencer Jr. (Hope) of Gates, NC; his brothers, Robert Spencer (Laura) of Fort Dodge and Karl Spencer (Donna) of Las Vegas, NV; his mother-in-law Luella Ruby of Otho, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Kurt Ruby (Rhonda), Craig Ruby (Carol) of Fort Dodge and Diane White (Rod) of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews & a great great niece and many "adopted" niece & nephews.
