It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merven Haugen of Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Merven Haugen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Berge Haugen and Madgalena Haugen (Hamre); his sisters, Johanna Wille, Sylvia Chadwick and Margaret Fevold; and his wife Janet Moburg.
He is survived by: his children, Teri Knudson (Pastor Terry) of Minneapolis, MN, Tami Bemrich (Tim) of Des Moines, Kris Dekkers (Joel) of Fairmont, MN, Scott Haugen (Patti) of Fort Collins, CO, Karla Berg (Randy) of Somers and Sara Thein of St. Louis, MO; and his sister Martha Gustafson. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
