She is survived by: her fiancé Andy Hawkins; her sons, John Schmoker (Crystal) of Fort Dodge, Matt Duffer of Murfreesboro, TN and Marc Duffer of Murfreesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Hayes Duffer and Caitlyn Shapcott; her great grandchild Charolotte Wardell; and her siblings, Barb Tjebben, Kay Neavin, Dennis Utley (Barb), Ron Utley (Jeanette), Joe Utley, Doug Utley (Kristen), Jessie Hendrickson, Mike Utley, David Utley, Tony Utley, Chuck Utley (Angie), Tommy Utley (Danni) and Richard Utley.
