It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Mallinger of Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on December 23, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sullivan and Loretta Sullivan (Austin); and her brother Robert Sullivan. She is survived by: her children, Jane Williamson (Kurt) of St. Paul, MN, Dan Mallinger (Marina) of Windemere, FL, Nancy Mallinger (Jeff Engberg) of Big Lake, MN and Mary Ankerstjerne (Kirk) of St. Paul, MN; her grandchildren, Lori Williamson (David Clement), Kari Williamson (John Bowie), Sara Williamson (Aaron Wanless), Michael Williamson, Megan Mallinger, Wesley Mallinger (Caitlin), Caitlin Engberg, Logan Engberg, Jack Ankerstjerne and Anna Ankerstjerne; her sister Maureen Coffey of West Liberty; and her husband Austin Mallinger. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (2501 6th Ave N, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
