He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Hendrie and Ann Hendrie (Nichols); and his brothers, Jim Hendrie and Ian Hendrie. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hendrie of Fort Dodge; his children, Mel Hendrie, Sean Hendrie (Ariana), Erin Hendrie and Chris Donnell (Stacy) of California; and his brother Allan Hendrie (Maureen) of California. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
