He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda; his children, Georgia Boehringer (Scott), Bradley Edgerton, Tracey Edgerton and William "Willie" Edgerton; his adoptive son Andrew Bock; and his parents, Louis Bock and Charlotte Bock (Claussen). He was also cherished by nine grandchildren.
