She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Harry and Lola Irene Jenkins (Peterson); her stepfather Buck Kelley; her daughter Teresa Casady; and her brother Terry Jenkins.
She is survived by: her former husband Denis Wiewel; her husband Don Kersten; her daughters, Holly Hickman (Rich), Ann Gessmann (Leroy) of Cave Creek, AZ and Susan Nicholas (Doug) of Scottsdale, AZ; her grandchildren, Lauren Conway, Lindsey Van Deilen, Marisa Dahl, Ted Casady, Abbey Schroeder, Emma Nicholas and Maddison Nicholas; her son-in-law Ed Casady of Fort Dodge; her sister Loretta Dunbar of Dallas, TX; and her sister-in-law Sharon Jenkins of Santa Barbara, CA. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
