He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Bishop (TJ) and Tiffany Groat of Fort Dodge; his brother Champ Bishop; his grandparents, Alisa Johnson, Mark Groat (Shelli), Julie Spillman (Doug) and Gregg Bishop (Cathy); his great-grandparent Myron Groat; and his aunts and uncles, Jason Bishop (Stephanie), Kyle Bishop (Ashley), Matthew Groat (Courtney), Hayley Johnson, Shannon Crouse and Christina Crouse. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
