She is survived by: her husband John Smith; her sons, Bill Smith (Mallory) of Fort Dodge and Joe Smith (Laura) of Fort Dodge; her grandchildren, Kaden, Karsen, Madisyn and Ryland; and her siblings, Connie Chinn (Carl) and Frank Sutton.
