We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2024, at the age of 66, Karen M. Costello of Fort Dodge, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur E. Sorensen and Sibyl E. Sorensen (Grisham); her grandchild Pheobe; and her sister-in-law Valerie Sorensen. She is survived by: her husband Paul Costello of Fort Dodge; her children, Austin Moore of Fort Dodge and Karri Ertl of Fort Dodge; her stepchildren, Louise Hayes (Phil), William Costello and Rose Costello (Ash Jackson); her grandchildren, Taeton, Hayden, Jaelen, Leigh, Ruby, Harvey, Lexi, Kayla Rae, Max, Laci and Evie; her siblings, Calvin Sorensen (Jane) of Ames, IA, Ardis Sorensen of Fort Dodge, Susan Oviatt (Dan) of Grand Junction, CO and Donald Sorensen of Dakota City, IA; and her mother-in-law Joan King of Orba Spain. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews & great great nieces and nephews.
