He is survived by: his siblings, Charlene Smith (Robert) of Prescott Valley, AZ, Scott Burke (Kelly) of Waukee, IA, Jolene Thompson of Urbandale and Jim Burke (Karen) of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
