He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Winters and Glenda Winters (Thompson). He is survived by: his brothers, Jim Winters (Melissa) of Spencer and Jeff Winters (Brenda Utsch-Anderson) of Fairmont, MN; his niece Cassie Winters (Wade Wille); and his nephew Cyle Winters. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
