He was predeceased by: his parents, John Holder and Beulah Holder (Johnson); his daughter Julie D. Holder; his wife JoAnn Holder; and his half-sister Dorothy Edwards.
He is survived by: his sons, Jay Holder of Fort Dodge, David Holder (Kim Hutchinson) of Fort Dodge and Joel Holder of Fort Dodge; his grandsons, Zachary, Jayson, Tom and Luke; his nephew Danny Edwards; and his niece Joyce Edwards. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
