She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Johnson and Jessie Johnson (Lanny Groat); her daughter Roxanne Paxson-Collins; and her grandson Corey Groat. She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Groat (Shirley) of Fort Dodge and Mike (Katie) of Badger; her grandchildren, Megan Paxson Page of California, Tyler, Lilyan, Keegan and Griffin Groat of Humboldt; and her siblings, Jack Johnson (Charlotte) and Jan Ueltschy (Bill). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
