He is survived by: his children, Melisa Carlson (Larry), Wendy Leadley and Jerry Leadley Jr. (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Izaiah (Natalie), Antavion (Chloe), Onterrius, Coleton, Kearstyn, Morgyn, Rolando, Natasha, Alex and Nolan; his great grandchild Zyair; his children, Manuel Mosley, Jill Armstrong and Christina Passow; and his siblings, Pam Grandors (Joe), Monte, Craig, Tamra Wingert and Rod.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
