She was predeceased by: her parents, Darold Jack and Joanne Jack (Robertson); her uncle Darwin; her aunt Mary Jack; and her cousin Leslie Jack of Oelwein.
She is survived by: her husband Don of Fort Dodge; and her siblings, James (Gloria) of Cedar Park, TX and Stephanie (Michael Berry) of Cambridge, MA. She is also survived by two cousins, three nephews and one niece.
