It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay L Johnson of Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on August 26, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Johnson and Roberta Johnson; his nephew Michael Kruger; and his brother-in-law Dean Fischer. He is survived by: his siblings, Ed Johnson of Seattle, Washington and Deborah Fischer of Rockwell City; and his niece Michelle Cervene of South Carolina.
